To enroll in the program, login to your account in the Member Portal, located at the top right of your screen. Visit the “My Links” section and select “Active&Fit Direct” from the menu. You will be linked to the Active&Fit website where you will be prompted to create your account. Follow the on-screen prompts to get your facility access code.
