Are you ready to go mobile with Nippon Life Benefits?

With our mobile app, Nippon Life Benefits® Mobile, you will have easy access to your health care information no matter where you are. We want to make managing your health care as easy as possible, no matter where you go!

  • Find a Provider- Easily find providers and facilities in your area or a specific location with this great tool. Advanced search function available to help customize your results.  Log in not required.
  • Review your Benefits-View your specific plan benefits such as deductible levels, out of pocket accumulations, and account balances. Log in required.
  • Check Claim Status- See your most recent claim details such as date of service, provider, and status. Log in required.
  • View your ID Card-Don't have your ID card? You will be able to view the front and back of your ID card on your device. Log in required.
  • Wellness Portal-Access individualized health action recommendations, wellness tools, trackers, and educational resources (available to members enrolled for medical coverage). Log in required.
  • Contact customer service-Customer service contact information plus a helpful 'submit a question' feature.

Protecting your information is very important to us. To enhance data security, Nippon Life Benefits has implemented Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) process when you login to your account through Nippon Life Benefits mobile app.

To login:
  1. Open the app on your phone and enter User ID and Password, then tap Login.
  2. Check your email inbox. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the temporary 6 digit number on your mobile app screen and tap Submit.
  3. All set! You are now logged in and you can use the app.

To download the app:

  • Scan QR Code
  • Click on the icons (below) your preferred device
  • Search 'Nippon Life Benefits' in the Apple App Store℠ or on Google Play™ for Android™

Once the app is downloaded, you may register as a new user or log in with the same credentials used when logging into our member portal.

Nippon Life Benefits Mobile app is compatible with:

  • Android: 4.0 and up
