Information We Collect From Website Visitors

For each visitor to our website, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's Internet service provider.  Additionally, we collect information about the sites visitors connect from.  We summarize this information to monitor activity and usage of our website, and to improve the content we offer on our Web pages.  None of the summarized information is traceable to individual visitors. 

We collect the e-mail addresses of visitors to our website when visitors provide them, the e-mail addresses of persons who communicate with us via e-mail, and any information volunteered by a visitor - such as contract, telephone number or survey information.  This information is used only in our routine communications with a visitor.  It is not shared with, leased or sold to another organization.

To enable our customers to access and process account information, we use cookies.  The cookie created when you visit a secured page at our site contains only a token (string of alpha-numeric characters) generated to maintain your session within our secured pages.  The token in the cookies does not contain any comprehensible information. 

We do not use cookies to gather information.  These are used only to enable customers to more easily use our website.  The cookies created at our website expire (are no longer accessible) when a new Internet session is started on the same PC, when you shut down your browser, when you properly exit a secured page, and after 20 minutes of inactivity within secured pages.
