Our New and Improved Explanation of Benefits

We are excited to share the newest enhancements to the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and distribution process.

Improvements have been made in how claims are reported which will help members better understand their benefits and responsibility for claims incurred. Additionally, the enhancements allow us to be more environmentally friendly and enhance our customer service capabilities by providing a consolidated monthly EOB that will help keep track of all claims, regardless of provider. Like today, claim activity can be viewed by logging into the member portal.
