"I am an insurance broker and work with customer service personnel in numerous organizations across the country. I wanted to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge some great service by one of your team members who recently helped me on a client issue.
  • Your service representative exhibited a "can do" attitude to help out on a member matter.
  • Everyone has been working hard to see that this group is set-up and running without any issues.
  • I asked if she would be okay with calling the member to advise that the letter en route could be ignored.
  • I called in to double-check on a benefit change for a new division that we added to an existing group as of 1/1/2010.
  • On the call, I also asked the representative to double-check year-to-date claim activity to see if any claims had been denied or were non-network .
  • Your representative noticed that a letter had just been generated for the spouse of the member requesting prior coverage data.
  • This information had been provided and your representative was able to locate it in the system. She then updated the system.
  • She said yes she would and was able to connect with the member.
  • Further, she contacted my office to let me know that she had completed the telephone call and had spoken with the member.
