"I am an insurance broker and work with customer
service personnel in numerous organizations across the country. I
wanted to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge some great
service by one of your team members who recently helped me on a
client issue.
- Your service representative exhibited a
"can do" attitude to help out on a
member matter.
