Health Care Benefits

Employees may elect to enroll in our Medical, Dental and Medical Flexible Spending Account plans. Coverage for your spouse or domestic partner and children is also available. Nippon Life Benefits pays a portion of the premium for these plans, employee contributions are made on a pre tax basis.

Medical Plan

Our Medical Plan provides comprehensive hospital, surgical, medical, RX and vision coverage. It is also provides access to medical practitioners and facilities nationwide.

Dental Plan

Our Dental Plan helps pay for a portion of your dental expenses and includes preventive care.

Medical Flexible Spending Account

Through our Medical Flexible Spending Account, employees may elect to deposit pre-tax funds into an account. These funds can be used to pay for selected medical, dental and vision expenses.

Wellness

Our Wellness program focuses on keeping employees motivated, improving employee health, productivity, morale and absenteeism. The program provides a variety of features, including wellness assessments, health coaching, program discounts, and more. We strive to create a positive healthy workplace environment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our Employee Assistance Program provides online resources, confidential phone consultations and referrals to licensed behavioral health professionals. Topics include managing stress, relationship issues, balancing work and life and many more.
